I have graduated and have now been teaching for four years in Early Years French Immersion classrooms. The adventures are more concentrated in the classroom now and a little less wild than when I travelled the world...but that's not always the case. :)

The New Year!
Though I have already posted once in 2007 it was merely to get me caught up with the pictures I wanted to post back in 2006. Today, though a little late, but for those that know me all too well, the idea of me being on time...is more foreign than I am in Mexico, I would like to wish you all a very Happy 2007! I also hope you all had a very Merry Christmas.
I was very lucky to have the opportunity to go home, via Austin, Texas where I got to spend a great wonderful 3 days with Jason before heading home to see my family and friends. It was so wonderful that I have decided not to re-sign at my job here in Ixtepec and see what happens up North as I try to find a job in either Colima, Manzanillo or Guadelajara. Nothing is really planned but I will give myself a month or two to see if it's do-able up there...or more so than down here. Of course I am really nervous and sad to say goodbye to the things and people that I like in Oaxaca (surprisingly, there are some) but I am pretty sure it's for the best, or I am hoping it is.
